Despite being named after a 1970's medical examiner, and playing at the ill-fated Millennium Dome, Quincy has emerged unscathed to be one of the happiest and boldest new acts in the business. Highly sought after as a stand-up, presenter, actor and compere, Quincy hosts his own live chat show, is a TV warm-up and has presented on BBC1's Xtra.
The award winning Paul F Taylor is a one of the UK's most exciting and distinctive stand-up performers. His unique brand of humour fuses quirky offbeat one liners with surreal observational flights of fancy to fantastical effect. Winner of NATY 'New Act Of The Year' for 2013, Paul's persona of a lost bewildered fool sits perfectly alongside his gleefully madcap ideas.
Chortle.co.uk said "Though a more conventional stand-up, Saskia Preston is an interesting, quirky act too, with more than a flick of Milton Jones in her spaced-out delivery of one-liners displaying a twisted logic that probably makes sense in her head"
Semi-finalist in 'So You Think You’re Funny?' (2009), Amused Moose Laugh-Off (2010), and part of Fringe favourites WitTank, Kieran has been performing his inventive, high-energy stand up across the country for over five years.
Compere: Gareth Kane
Gareth has been the resident compere for most of The Funny Side's gigs since 2011 and is one of the most experienced hosts on the comedy circuit. He is also an accomplished actor and writer/performer with sketch group Harvey Garvey & the Kane who recently garnered 5 star reviews at the Edinburgh festival. Also a physical trainer and boxer, at 6'4" Gareth Kane is a man big on physique and big on talent.
