How to Book Tickets
You can book tickets in a number of ways - see below for more information.
Prices
All tickets are £12.50 each except where otherwise stated in listings.
Seating
In order to seat everyone in the groups with which they booked, we pre-allocate seats. If you have a preference as to where in the room you would like to sit, please call us.
Likewise, if you are in a group, but booking separately please book by phone and mention which group you are with at the time of booking.
Age Restrictions
No under 16's, all under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. If you are lucky enough to look under 21 please bring valid photo ID, failure to do so may result in you being turned away - and as we are unable to issue refunds that could be costly! Any questions? Book Direct By Phone - No Booking Fee!
To book tickets and guarantee your seats in advance, simply call the booking line (open all day every day)* and pay for your seats using your debit or credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: Use this method if you would like to book more than 10 tickets or speak to a member of the team regarding a seating preference, group booking or any other query.

PLEASE NOTE: We issue e-tickets (no physical tickets are sent to your postal address unless you request us to do so after booking) - as such, please ignore the 'shipping notification' issued by Google Checkout, your e-ticket will follow.

Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in the case of show cancellation when we will issue a full refund to ticket holders.
