Steve Gribbin
Steve Gribbin Steve first appeared onstage at the age of 13 at Lytham St Annes in a talent competition. He came third behind a ventriloquist and a Donny Osmond impersonator. He was battered, but the performing bug had well and truly bitten him.

From 1984 to 1993, he was half of the political musical comedy duo Skint Video, alongside Brian Mulligan. They appeared on TV shows including 'Saturday Live' and 'Cabaret At Jongleurs' and 'The Mary Whitehouse Experience' on radio.

Since then, the 5ft 4in guitar-wielding Scouse exile, satirist, lapsed Catholic, socialist, Liverpool FC fan has become a solo stalwart of the comedy circuit, and is a permanent member of 'The Cutting Edge' topical show at the London Comedy Store. His scabrous comedy songs and off the wall observations have made him one of the firm favourites of the comedy circuit.

Steve's original comedy songs combine razor sharp lyrics with tunes that put their foot in the door of your mind and refuse to leave. Firmly based in rock 'n' roll and refusing to pull no punches, these are not the 'oh so witty' ditties of penguin-suited plink plonk piano playing posh gobs. They are that rarity - comedy songs which are actually funny.
