Mark Watson
Comedian and novelist Mark Watson broke onto the comedy circuit in 2001 when he was nominated for a Perrier Best Newcomer award with the Cambridge Footlights.
In 2002 he launched his solo stand-up career, winning both the Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award and second prize in So You Think You're Funny.
Since then the accolades have continued to pour in, and he is now widely accepted as one of the hottest comedic talents in the country.
Mark has recently worked with Hat Trick Productions on a sitcom commissioned by BBC1, and recorded a pilot for Radio Four for a comedy-drama for 2006.
