Andrew Clover
After gaining a First in English Literature at Oxford University Andrew began developing his writing career and, as a stand-up, at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2000
he was nominated for the 'Perrier Best Newcomer' Award, for his show 'A Man of Substance In A World of Filth'.
Between 2001 and 2005, Andrew performed five more sell-out one man comedy shows at the Edinburgh Festival.
During which he organised a mass séance, made the audience speak to dead relatives, dragged audience members into a mad gameshow which recreated the spirit of a
six year old's party and encouraged 80 year old men to dance to the Hawaii-5-O theme tune.
Since 2005 Andrew has been playing the comedy circuit, doing a more conventional stand-up act. He talks about love, children, and proverbs and does
a surprising number of animal impressions. Andrew regularly performs at the Comedy Store and Jongleurs and has performed all around Europe.
