The usual show at the Funny Side is a compere plus three professional acts
doing 20-25 minute spots. (We very occasionally have slightly different types of shows but we never have open spot nights for new comedians
or beginners)
The compere is always one of our regular resident comperes.
To get a paid 20-25 minute gig at the Funny Side:
- You need to be regularly performing 20-minute sets at the major UK comedy clubs.
- You’ll need to send us a DVD with a 20-minute set on it (We can’t book you until we have seen you. DVDs only please, do not send us links to performances online)
